School holiday activities - Practical information
Our workshops are organised for children aged 6 to 16 in various towns in the French-speaking part of Switzerland. We form different age groups to offer a first-rate atmosphere and group cohesion.
The courses are given in French, 3 hours a day over 5 days. The price is CHF 290 for the whole week, i.e. 15 hours of teaching in all. For this session, we also offer 4-day workshops from Monday to Thursday at a rate of CHF 245.--.
What do students learn? The programme
At Apolline, each student benefits from tailor-made teaching. From the very first workshop, a skills assessment is carried out to ensure personalised support. All levels are welcome: beginner, intermediate or advanced.
Over the course of the week, each student works on an illustration project. The theme is suggested by the teacher, but the choice of artistic style remains free, whether Manga, Belgian comics, Comics or another personal inspiration. The teacher focuses on specific technical aspects to help each student progress from their current level.
For younger participants, the approach is different. Our workshops focus on fun, games and enjoyment. The aim is to enable children to discover the different aspects of drawing while having fun and making friends. Our aim is to motivate students by offering them fun and challenges adapted to their level.
For more information on the techniques covered, objectives and skills, please consult the detailed section on this subject, a little further down on this page.
