Are you interested in theater but don't know if it's for you ? Let's take a closer look together !
What will theater do for me?
The first question to ask yourself is what you are looking for in a theater practice.
Whether it is for personal development, to overcome your shyness or for the pleasure of starting a new artistic practice, to meet people, to have fun or to train to become an actor, all options are possible !
Ask yourself what you are looking to develop with this art, depending on your answer, the courses you choose may differ!
Where to start ?
In any case, the ideal would be to start with an acting workshop or a trial class in order to help you target your desires.
If, on the other hand, you want to get right to the heart of the matter and develop this practice and its tools (speaking, stage presence, improvisation, self-confidence...) in the long term, the ideal would be to take a weekly course.
The classes you take must be done in a warm and friendly atmosphere, it is not about performance but about pleasure and meeting people !
The weekly classes are workshops of 1 to 2 hours per week, taking place outside of school vacations. This follow-up will allow you to take your bearings with the teachers and the other participants to develop your skills and your pleasure in a warm and caring environment.
How to choose ?
To help you choose the ideal course, I advise you to take the time to learn about the different acting courses.
Don't hesitate to come to the classes that interest you or to ask all the questions you have directly to the teacher ! At Apolline, we are committed to offering our students warm and friendly classes in which they can evolve with confidence.
